PAYMENTS
We charge full price per accommodation in advance.
Guests who make reservation online on our websites (when input valid email address) receive automatically basic information for stay and will be contacted in order to provide payment per accommodation.

We ask guests who need to make an invoice for company to announce this fact in advance and mention company (registration) number.
Note: If guests do not meet the due date, their reservation will be canceled.

CANCELATION POLICY
If reservation is cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged, If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

IMPORTANT: Request for cancelation or changes in reservation has to be sent us in written form.
We have the right to cancel any reservation if guests cause damage, don’t respect accommodation rules, disturb other guests etc.
